SnapReport is provided by NimblePanda Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17122751, registered office 30 Grange Road, Barnton, CW8 4PE. Contact: hello@nimblepanda.co.uk.

SnapReport provides an in-app bug report and feedback widget that you embed on your own website, plus a dashboard for reading what comes back. We may change or withdraw features. Where a plan is free, it stays free for what you already have, and we will tell you before charging for anything.

Keep control of the email address you sign in with, because whoever can read it can reach your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you publish through the widget.

We can suspend or close an account used to break the law, to harass people, to attack the service, or to collect data from people who have not been told about it.

This is the part that matters most. When you embed SnapReport on your site, the data your visitors submit is yours, and under UK GDPR you are its controller. You must tell your visitors you are collecting it, have a lawful basis for doing so, and honour their rights over it.

Do not use the widget to collect payment card details, health information, or anything else you have no business collecting. Do not use it to gather personal data covertly. If a visitor asks you to delete what they submitted, you can do that from your dashboard.

We act on your instructions in relation to that data. If you need a written data processing agreement, email us and we will provide one.

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we do not guarantee every submission will arrive, particularly where a visitor’s browser, network or extensions interfere with the widget. Do not use it as the only route for anything critical.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost revenue, or any regulatory action arising from how you chose to use the widget on your own site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

If you use SnapReport as a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights.

You can stop using SnapReport and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can end your access if you break these terms. Deleting your account removes personal data as described in the privacy page.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
